About the Role
DayLive News is looking for a creative and passionate News Video Editor to join our growing digital news team. If you have experience editing news content for YouTube and social media and can deliver high-quality videos under deadlines, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit daily news videos for YouTube and digital platforms.
- Create engaging Shorts, Reels, and long-form news videos.
- Add motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, transitions, and news tickers.
- Perform audio enhancement, color correction, and final video optimization.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure timely publication of news content.
- Maintain consistency with the DayLive News brand identity.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling and pacing.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of YouTube and social media video formats.
- Experience in editing news content is preferred.
Qualifications
- 0–3+ years of experience
- Freshers with exceptional editing skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
